Home Delivery Service
Free home delivery of chemicals is now available on orders of £40 or more if the delivery address is within 25 miles from the centre of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. For orders less than £40 a standard £5 delivery charge will apply. As an additional FREE service, whilst on site when making a delivery and if access permits, we will be able to give your pool or hot tub a quick water test to ensure everything is kept in order at no extra cost.
Service Options
The ‘Check-Up’:
On a ‘check-up’ service we will give your spa the once over. We’ll top up and test your water, make any adjustments to the balance to help ensure your spa water is kept in tip top condition and not causing any long term damage to your investment, rinse the filters and shock the water. This service also includes a clean of the waterline with a specially formulated agent to remove any scum which can harbour bacteria. We will also add sanitiser if it is too low. All this for just £46 per visit or £155.00 for a block of four visits, including chemicals used, leaving you more time to sit back and relax. Ideal if you’re off on holiday for a couple of weeks. The ‘Refresh’:
Silver Service:
Replace filters with a clean set (provided you have a spare set) and place the dirty filters in a filter cleaner for soaking. Complete water drain. Shell clean out. Refill with fresh water. Chemicalise and leave the spa to heat up ready for your next relaxing soak! £125.
Gold Service:
As Silver Refresh plus pipework deep clean through using BioFilm Eliminator (tub must be filled and running on arrival). Vacuum dry. Jet removal and clean out. Cover valet. £240.
Hot Tub Moving:
If you are moving house, we can move your tub. £255 plus mileage as detailed below.
Problem Call Out:
Pool or spa equipment breakdown or swimming pool algae attack.
£56 first hour minimum charge plus £12.60 per 15 minutes period or part of thereafter. There is no second first hour charge for follow up visits these are charged at £9.80 per 15 minute period or part of.
Pre-Booked Maintenance or Pool Spring Commissioning/Winter Shut Down:
£46 first hour, £9.80 per 15 minutes period or part of thereafter. Prices are labour only and do not include parts or chemicals. Spare/replacement parts may need to be special order items and require a follow up visit.

A travelling surcharge of 70p per *mile will be applied to all the above options which includes travelling time.
